When {Blind hunter} enters the battlefield target opponent loses 2 life and you gain 2. Whenever {blind hunter} is put into a graveyard from the battlefield, you have to exile it haunting target creature (if you can). When the creature it haunts dies, its ability triggers again.

{Blind Hunter}

I'm assuming you mean the Haunt part?

When a creature with haunt dies, you may exile it, and attach it to a creature as if it were an aura. It's now "haunting" that creature, and whatever it's effect is applies.

In this case, when blind hunter is first cast as a creature, you get to drain 2 life. When it dies, you may exile it and attach it to another creature. When that other creature dies, you get to drain 2 life again.

{Blind Hunter}'s ability isn't a may. You have to haunt target creature as far as I know.
Oops, you're right! I'll fix my post.
