I do not believe so because its a cost. Copying doesnt make u pay the cost again

No you dont have to. You pay the double red as the cost. Best way i can put it is that your casting a card for RR that says "this deals 5 damage to target creature or player"
That is an awesome question. The key words in {goblin grenade} does say "as an additional cost"......that makes me think that you must pay this additional cost regardless if you use reverberate or not.
But your just copying the spell, and to derail this subject on goblin grenade, can I reverberate a counter spell, to counter the counter?

Yes you can it just like casting a counterspell and choosing a new target.
Copying the spell will assume all costs have already been paid you would not have to sac a goblin 🔨
