Title: Erebos vs. Greed
Post by: Agrus Kos, Enforcer of Truth on January 12, 2014, 05:27:35 PM
{Erebos, God of the Dead} or {Greed} in your EDH decks? Does Erebos' creatureness outweigh the extra {1}?

Greed would work better in any deck that is unable to turn erebos into a dude. However, running both is an option for black due to the over abundance of tutors. Also I like greed because the art is all om nom nom money.

I like Erebos. Yeah, the card draw costs a bit more, but Erebos is indestructible, AND prevents life gain, AND potentially becomes a nasty creature.

Running Erebos shuts down Oloro. I'd say Erebos

Why not both?
Limited space in a three color artifact deck.

Then you definitely want Erebos.
