Then I play {evil twin} and copy kozilek, do I then get to bring a creature back from my graveyard?
If so, say I bring back a clone or another evil twin and copy kozilek again? Does kozilek's ability trigger every time is the basis of the question.

This does work with "enters the battlefield" triggers like {sun titan} and some number of {phantasmal image} in your graveyard.
