is land considered a permanent  {Barren Glory} is the card i need to know for the win i u dont control any permenants

Every card in play is a permanent.


The only exception are Emblems

also cards that have been exiled aren't permanents as well as spells and cards in hand and library. basically most everything on the actual battlefield is a permanent.

otherwise {cyclonic rift} would just say return target permanent to its owner's hand instead of nonland.

i was reading that ruling and the thing i dont like about it is the word indefinitely. {spark trooper} will most likely not be on the battlefield indefinitely. he is most certainly a permanent though.
