To capitalize on her ability I would consider {Deadeye Navigator} {Conjurer's Closet} and {Ghostly Flicker} even {Flickerform} word be good.

I like ninjitsu in this deck, try to capitalize on that, {Silent-Blade Oni} and {Throat Slitter} are fun. {Damnation} if you can afford it (I can't :( ). {Phyrexian Arena} and {Greed} for more draw power? {Sorin Markov} if you hate people (which I do). {Liliana Vess} is great in EDH. {Curse of the Swine} has been doing interesting things in EDH. Possibly {Whip of Erebos} for the lifegain and to whip dead things back (also helps toward Vela's ability). Just suggestions, the deck looks really cool.

Curse of swine would be awesome! I like the whip a lot too.

None that I know of, it would be amazing though. I was just talking to a friend today and asked him, "What if {Emrakul, the Anus Torn} (<- totally intentional) had ninjutsu?" Could you imagine the broken-ness?!?!
