I haven't really looked, but I was curious if there are Deck Boxes that have a slot in the front to display your commander, like a sleeve on the front of the Deck Box. Do these exist?
They do but I prefer the plastic 200 count boxes cause the perfectly fit 100 sleeves and a couple tokens. You can find these most often at fred meyer with a bunch of yugioh cards in them, but once you know what youre looking for you order them at starcitygames.com or abugames.com.
Since these are clear you can actualy show off a card on both sides. {Derevi, Empyrial Tactician} on one side and from the vaults {gilded lotus} on the other for me.
Is there a name for the kind of box I'm looking for so I can find it easier?

Yeah, those are the boxes I use. Lots O' Fun to carry and it shows off my black sleeves :)
Those are what I use as well. Think I paid like $1.50-2.00 at Walmart for them

You might want to check your local baseball card shop they might be less there
the commander 2012 deck box fits a sleeved EDH deck and a few oversized cards, so that's what i use.
