4 {Watery Grave} 15 {Swamp} 4 {Drowned Catacomb}
23 lands
2 {Grimgrin, Corpse-Born} 4 {Gravecrawler} 4 {Diregraf Captain} 2 {Lich Lord of Unx} 3 {Cemetery Reaper} 4 {Liliana's Reaver} 4 {Lord of the Undead} 3 {Crypt Ghast} 4 {Grave Titan} 4 {Death Baron}
34 creatures
3 {Moan of the Unhallowed} 2 {Doom Blade} 2 {Army of the Damned} 3 {Endless Ranks of the Dead} 3 {Ghoulcaller's Chant}
13 other spells
Sideboard
3 {Rooftop Storm} 3 {Conspiracy} 2 {Zombie Master} 1 {Army of the Damned} 3 {Undead Alchemist} 2 {Dark Betrayal}
14 sideboard cards
Notes: Just messing with a deck that could be brutal with the right hand, with mass amounts of zombie tokens, although it has 70 cards. Any ideas would be appreciated

Perhaps {Rooftop Storm}?
I like the card, but is it gonna kill me running 80 cards?
I'm not sure you need {Conspiracy}. It changes {Crypt Ghast} but he ramps you into other Zombies anyways. I'd say you could ditch the Conspiracy for em
A 60 card deck is always optimal though, so I'd say you should test run it, and if there just seems to be a constant dead draw, ditch it
Sounds good, I really wanted the {conspiracy} to bring back the {grave titans}
That makes sense, but I'm not sure it would really matter that much in a game
Also, I think you can drop that curse that gives you a 2/2 Zombie tapped. It's pretty weak, and although it gives flavor, just feels a bit meh
{Thraximunder} could be another win con
{Grimgrin Corpse Born}
I think {Geralf's Messenger} could find a cozy spot in along with {Mikaeus, the Unhallowed}
I feel {Undead Alchemist}, and and {Wall of Bone} are some weak spots
I did remove the {undead alchemist} and {wall of bone} to reduce cards and put in {diregraf captains}
Good card as well!
Could you modify your post to update the list?
And +1 Karma :D
{gray merchant of asphodel}? (gary :D )
The gray merchant is toooo pooowwwerrrfffullll
Don't get me wrong, I love the merchants and run them in my mono black devotion, but if the tokens don't give me devotion it wouldn't be as potent as it could be
That's true. But I'd say playtest him at least
Ok, I will test him and see how he does.
There it is modified as of right now
The land can go down by about 5. You wanna make the deck as close to 60 as possible too
So -2 transguilds, and -3 swamps?
That could work yeah
Thank you Dylan for all the help with this deck. I took out {conspiracy}, not because of the card but to keep it modern because I'm 90% sure it can't hang with legacy decks.
Updated again, looking closer to being ready to build and start actually testing now😃
Hey no problem :) it's what I'm here for :)

Lies. You are here because you are addicted
I'm also considering {nim deathmantles} maybe?

Not sure on that one... {Mikaeus the Unhallowed} seems better
{mikaeus, the unhallowed}, but he will only work good with {grave Titan} and {crypt ghast} because all the other zombie creatures will almost always have at least a +1/+1 counter
Where are they getting the +1/+1 counters from?
Nevermind, they aren't, just +1's not counters. I read gt cards wrong. Sorry about that. He might work well, he doesn't bring back tokens correct?
Yeah he doesn't bring back tokens, but making 2/2's into 3/3's is pretty big actually
I agree, and also makes everything a pain to get rid of! Which is also nice
Built the deck and tested it at fnm, got thrashed by every Boros it came across, as well as all flying. Any ideas?
Boros Herioc or Boros Battalion?
Battalion
The new Drown in Sorrow card from Born of the Gods should help
So just a bunch of creature kill against those guys? And what about the blue archetype for dealing with flying?
