{Mutavault}
I am a bit confused about these types of lands. And why is this land so good? When it becomes a creature can it be destroyed only as a land or can it be destroyed as a creature? If the creauture is dealt lethal damage does that destroy this land or lands like this?
If you spend the mana to turn it into a creature, it's a creature and a land and counts as either. Also in creature form it will follow all rules with damage, and as such, yes will be destroyed if dealt lethal amounts.
Then why does it say on the card that its still a land? So when you turn it into creature form it is a creature and a land? And can be destroyed as either? And if you attack with it and it is blocked with the same amount it dies and mutavault is destroyed? If so, why is mutavault worth so much??

It's worth a lot because it's essentially an uncounterable 2/2 that can tap for one mana, that only costs one mana to play. And it's not legendary. It's a solid card.
Edit: Forgot to mention, it fits in with any tribal deck. So there's that too!
One of the key features of these "man lands" as they are called is unless they cast at instant speed most board wipes such as {damnation}, {wrath of god}, {day of judgement}, {supreme verdict} are all sorcery speed. This allows your creature to live through them without having to pay the extra mana that usually comes with indestructible.
Edit for more cool interactions:
Some other neat features about "man lands" is since they still count as a land there are a few cards that would normally be very pesky to deal with but these avoid. Such as using a {ratchet bomb} with 0 counters and {cyclonic rift} both of these state non land and therefore will not effect {mutavault} or any land like it
That line on {Mutavault} that reads Mutavault is every creature type ... That's why it's $35!!! ;) it's insane!!
Aggro decks use it bc they get an uncounted able 2/2 that swings even if they verdict you have a next turn 2/2
And control like it to chump block
Devotion LOVES IT as it's a Rat for Monoblack and an Elemental for Mono Blue ;)
dang rat elemental!
I am trying a mono red goblin edh:)
If it is every creature type, then that makes it a skeleton zombie dragon ooze. Who is also a god.

And sliver...don't forget sliver...
It is every fear in the multiverse. It is a nightmare spider.
at least it still wishes it was an {uncle istvan}.
Haha... I love seeing new cards people mention
So mutavault is the souls of the Elder Dragon Legends then??
The only thin that would make better were if it could be other card types too, like an enchantment.
