Yes, I paid 20$ for the flats when it was in standard and thabkfully it was part Moneekahs so I couldn't sell it when I quit MTG :P the foil shocks are all new, I think I opened and traded for most of them and bought the tomb, vents and foundry.

The card I treasure most in the deck isn't even worth the most but the overlord is a foil from Scourge that I pulled from a pack when I was around 14 or 15. Probably the only card I'm sentimental about :)

The deck is so close to being completely foil or foreign. The judge promo {living death} is what stopped me its expensive but ill finish it this year, with the exception of the fetches of course.

I absolutely love slivers. I also have an overlord deck...

Interesting route with no tutors besides the commander...

Also the mana base, how well has this set-up worked for you...and no original duals?

played against a sliver deck on cockatrice today that was good. has lots of spells that made opponents creatures changelings so sliver queen could easily steal them.

I am sure you mean overlord... But that seems a bit too "cute" rather than all in aggro/combo which is where slivers really shine... And not just because they are foils lolrus ;)   

i did mean overlord. while it wasn't the standard get two hundred untouchable beastly slivers, it wasn't "cute" when he stole an {avacyn, angel of hope} and went from durdling to very hard to deal with.

Slivers in general are hard to deal with. Luckily, my Esper deck has lots of kill spells and board wipes. ;)

I don't want to buy the duals (plus they don't come in foil :P ) a majority of the time the mana base is fine: all colors by T5 to cast overlord. The amount of fetches, Painlands and tap lands make it work. Because slivers CMC varies greatly I can usually time it so a tap land doesn't hinder me too much.

Some games the mana base does fail me, but that's EDH for you: draw all red slivers and have access to every other color 😵 it's a pretty well oiled machine at this point though.

I did run  {Unnatural Selection} &  {Amoeboid Changeling} but found that more often it was better just to grab a relevant sliver. If they had a big bomb they would deal with the changeling or enchantment and then cast it. If I ever had a sideboard those cards would be in it because I think it's more relevant in certain matchups.

Finally did it! 100% foil or foreign! 😍 Anyone have a foil mirror entity? 😜😔

The deck is basically finished, but I ran unnatural selection and the changeling and they were more often on the slower controlling style. It can be funny taking a commander or there biggest guy, it was more often correct to just play more of my slivers, fetch an answer with the overlord, etc. I found the enchantment was also getting blown up a lot :/
