Where da stormbreaths at? I feel like they're too good NOT to use.
I'd get rid of the soldier of pantheons in exchange for thoughtseizes or more preferably magma jet/lightning strike... I think you just auto lose to precinct captain because of the high curve , but with those you'd be able to stop mass production and batallion triggers from happening..everything else looks really solid though, love the deck idea !

I took out the soldiers for the magma jets. awesome idea there. I feel stormbreath is better here for sb and I dont think cerebus is that great.
Sideboard suggestion. Against fast aggro maybe 3 blind obedience to swap out the rakdos returns? I like this a lot!

I feel like 3 rakdos's return is too many... But then I haven't played this deck at all so maybe it's just me. I think you should have room for stormbreaths in the SB, they will destroy UW control for you. I guess it depends on whether your meta game is more UW or more esper control.
I'm actually the main esper player there. There's one more esper deck an a uw control list. And yes I originally planned on them sb and forgot about them lol
