I put him in the budget version as a card for when the builder comes across a sword or two.

{Druidic Satchel} and maybe the {Dissipate}s?  Better to ask a Standard player.

You need more card drawing if you are only runnin 9 creatures.  {faithless looting} is nice and you can use flashback cards to discard....maybe {think twice}.  The faithless looting will also pump your {runechanter's pike}.  Maybe consider running more 3 of's to fit in other cards.  Figure what cards are not too essential and drop em to 2 or 3.

Wouldn't x4 desperate Ravings be a better choice due to the flash back being blue as well as it not being a -1 if you play it from the hand ?

I like both faithless looting and think twice.

Looks like a good mix of useful spells.  You want to draw cards as early as possible with this deck and remember to sit back with your mana leak until the end of their turn.  Their end turn is when you are going to want to use any instants you have and spend your mana if you have it open.  Like the think twice or a DD spell.

But is the deck itself solid?
