I just wanted to ask the community how much time do you put into magic every week?
Personally I put in between 10-20 hours into what I call Cardboard Crack so I wanted to know where everyone else stands!
im lucky if i can go to FNM once a month. However, I do have cockatrice, and after the kids go down, i usually spend about 2 hours a night on it.
Nice Rare!! I bet you can't wait until they're asleep lol!
I spend about 4-5 hrs on mtg + local tourneys and about 24/7 on here lol
yeah. last week the family was back home in Chicago, so I had a full week to myself and the dog. I did two drafts, which I did horrible in, and FNM, which was Modern. Merfolk went 5-0-2, and we didnt play the finals because it was almost 2am. So I gave him the points lol

Wait, you do Cardboard Crack?!? That's awesome, I love Cardboard Crack.
To answer your question though, it would depend on what you call 'putting time into'. I probably play for 3 hours a week (plus Cockatrice which I am just getting into so we'll have to wait and see), 15 hours deckbuilding/reading articles/coming on here/ect. and like 50 hours a week thinking about it.
I would estimate about 8-10 hours a week of play time, less when school/internship is going on. Regardless I try to get in two evenings of paying MTG and one visit a week to my LGS.
Most hours of the week thinking, and usually anywhere between 5-25 hours playing, and at least 50 looking at this/designing decks/ organizing cards, etc
Ya, I totally spend a ton of time on Cockatrice. If anyone wants to play me my username is trugamr12
Money: $200-$400 a year. Winning a lot means I dont generally have to pay to play except in out of town events.
Time: fnm and meeting with the team before and after 9hrs.
Various testing throughout the week 5-10hrs.
I check this forum more than my facebook.
Honestly, I don't spend much on it anymore or go to tourneys. The box I just bought was the first thing I bought on magic in months
