Your betraying Grixis? But I thought that was all you cared about!
I care the MOST about Grixis ;) I dabble in other such wizardry.
I'd consider {Unflinching Courage}. I wins LOTS of games. Especially because you can just trample over Elspeth tokens.
That's a really good suggestion! What would you substitute out?

I'm not sure. Maybe some of the mana dorks.
You need some type of enchantment removal... {burning earth} will destroy you.

I would say the {Hopeful Eidolon}s could come out. I know they can be chump blockers late game, but then they are worthless. {Unflinching Courage} could win earlier do you don't need to get chump blockers. But theoretically both are solid.

I think this goes along with the {Unflinching Courage} post. If you're running 4 of this card, and it's on any creature, you can get past the damage of {Burning Earth} from the massive lifelink advantage
i'd suggest {polukranos, world eater} as a finisher.
I would probably take out the eidelons as well. I would also consider a playset of {chained to the rocks}
I would likely sideboard the {Chained to the Rocks}, since non creature-based decks wouldn't be affected by it. {Unflinching Courage} is a definite thought, otherwise I'm still debating on further additions.
Finished, wish me luck this weekend guys!
why three xenagos with 7 creatures?

why three xenagos with 7 creatures?
Elspeth, assemble, advent, selesnya charm. She has more than 7 creatures.
Also is suggest running {Polukranos, World Eater} over loxodon smiter. Smiter is a good card but if your gunna be running such a controlling deck a vanilla 4/4 is not nearly as good as a 5/5 that can destroy creatures.
I may, and perhaps sideboard Loxy instead. He's just really good against other control decks.
The fact that I can only have one of him on the field at any given time is also restricting. That's the only reason he's not in the main.

True but your deck doesn't look like it relies too heavily on your non-token creatures to win. I think that, in the case of the decks PoluK is good against, you'll probably still get value making him a monster, playing another, saccing, and making the new one a monster.
In decks with a lot of removal, he'll soak up spells better used against your dragons game one and you can board him out for something more useful game 2.
Therein lies my reasoning!
Well said
1. Doesn't this deck require {Sylvan Caryatids}??
2. {Fleecemane Lion} as a blocker? Maybe?
3. I realized I'm too late for suggestions but for future use :P
Btw how'd the tourney go?
