If a creature is enchanted with something like {ordeal of Heliod} and it dies before the creature got to reach 3 +1/+1 counter
Is the enchantment considered destroyed? Sacrificed? Or just put into the graveyard?

Yep it goes to the graveyard with the creature. It is not considered sac'd.
