I would cut the savage summoning and add in 2 more dissolve and 2 more azorious charms. Too good IMO. The charm can can't rip, act as a removal or time walk against Aggro decks. Dissolve will help you cycle through the deck a little more as well. 4 ætherling a are way toooo many. 2 at most, cause you really only need 1 to win. As soon as you draw the other one it becomes a dead card unless the other one dies (which is rare if you play your blue sources right). I would try and toss in at least 1 more sphinx. I would cut the conclave for that spot. I honestly think that dados is dead to you as well. I would put 2 more d-spheres in his place. Ever think about prime speaker? She can be played right after an ætherling and can "sphinx" for you. After that she is a beat stick.
While I agree 4 {Aetherling}'s are too many I just want to point out he is not legendary, you can play 2.
How about (if it's within your price range) {voice of resurgence}?

Yes you can but if you don't have the blue sources to protect then both then one is vulnerable. I play esper and one ætherling goes a long way. For me I find it unwise to have 2 ætherlings on the board at the same time
