Just because you're small doesn't mean anything. It's all about leverage and pointing your weight. But I definitely get what you're saying. When I was a white belt and they used to pair me up with a bigger weight class, it was terrible lol.
Tykwondo was what I did. After black belt I stopped. I only joined to get a black belt, and there was a bench in the place we went to, and only black belts could sit on it. After 7 long years of that, I was very happy to sit on that damn bench.

Basically the same as Taekwando but it's defense based, a lot of counter strike stuff.
