If {cyclonic rift} is oveloaded will protection from blue from {Brave the elements} prevent white creature permanents from bouncing back to hand?

They will get bounced because they arent being targeted.

No, because if it is overloaded it is no longer a target. Protection from blue only protects it from being targeted. Also dealt damage and enchanted.

Dont forget cant be blocked is from protection as well

So counter is basically only thing I can do to a cyclonic overloaded
