Not from what I hear. My understanding is that Russian, Korean, and Japanese tend to have the highest price tags for foreigns, because the scripts "look cool."

True, which is sad for me because I like to buy russian as a means to practice using that language. I pulled a Jace, Memory Adept in Russian last year..
Yeah, that's what bugs me/I don't understand about foreign card lust. If a person wants a card in another language because they actually speak that language, or as a learning tool because they're learning that language, I think that's awesome! But seeking out a card that you can't read, your opponents can't read, just because it's "pretty" seems...I dunno, I just don't get it.
