Im confused by {Increasing Vengence}. What if i play say {Rampent Growth} then follow up with IV? Do i get 2 lands instead of one?(and 3 if it was Flashbacked?)

You'll get a copy of Growth, two copies if you flashed it back.
Ok i was confused cause it says u may choose new targets

Can I copy it from a grave yard or does it have to be when I play it. Can I show it from my hand and copy it. Thanks.
