What standard black or red cards give creatures trample? If any. Thanks

 Try {Deviant Glee} and  {Messenger's Speed}. Quick trample drops useful for crushing your opponent early in the game.

Anytime. Run four copies of Messenger's. If you're making an Aggro deck Messenger's is great for the next two years if you'd want to participate in standard.
