Title: ISO x4 Chain lightning, x1 vexing devil

Looking for a playset of {Chain lightning} to finish my legacy burn deck. Also a {vexing devil} for the same deck.

I have some new cards of note:
{mutavault}
{blood baron of vizkopa}
And possibly a foil MM {blood moon}.

I see some not in my needs stuff in your binder that I want. As I said before, I have the premium deck chain lightning
