Add in some {remand}

This deck looks like a standard deck mostly. I would suggest  {Snapcaster Mage},  {Cryptic Command},  {Scalding Tarn},  {Electrolyze},  {Lightning Bolt},  {Remand},  {Spell Snare},  {Vapor Snag},  {Pillar of Flame}, {Shadow of Doubt}, and  {Vendilion Clique}.

It's for casual play with friends so I'm not overly interested in added a play set of cards ranging 25-45$ each :P

I like the suggestion of the sting and electrolyze it's a matter of what cards to take out and sub in for them though?

I would suggest  {Shivan Reef} over the guildgates. Also I would take out the steam augury for  {Serum Visions} just because it's faster.

Also, you'll want more lands, 20 is too few. Also, if you're looking to feed your Chimera-Goyf, might I suggest {{Thought Scour}} (and Snapcaster Mage if you can afford it)

Woo and UR Delver are different decks. Frankly, UR Delver is more of the root this guy wants to go it seems.

Perhaps take out 2 { steam augury} for {serum visions}? I like the idea behind augury getting to take our five and although you don't personally pick you can arrange them in a way to get at least one card you really want and rest fill graveyard for chimera.

thoughtscour does it cheaper for better. Have you tried Runechanter's Pike in this, though?

I have updated the current deck list. Played it last night it seemed to work well just casual with some friends went 9-1 overall matches. Any further suggestions?

Please mention what to replace when suggesting cards as there are obviously plenty I'd love to throw in but keeping count low is troublesome!
