Just looking to clarify a few things about Magic. Mainly just terms I don't really understand.
Midrange?
Control? (That's running alot of counter spells right?)
Aggro/Burn? (Aren't they just quick high damage output like {lightning bolt}?)
And what are cubes?
aggro burn wants to kill you fast w little creatures and direct damage {lightning bolt}. control means that they are trying to control the game with counter spells and the like. midrange just means its not aggro, has a more long term game plan. the last option you didnt mention is combo, meaning it attempts to have great synergy between cards that allows the player to do insane things, see, {kiki jiki mirror breaker} and {intruder alarm}.
a cube is a collection of cards that the owner picks, to make a draftable set from.

The thing about combo is that wizards will bring down the banhammer if it becomes degenerate. Otherwise, there is always hate.
No it's not a bannable combo at all. Just cards that flow neatly together but no game breakers....3 mana suspended emrakul with that izzet commander -.-
