i have done a trade. i had sent first since this was my first trade. but my mail man picked it up on the 26. he hasnt responeded to my mesages, i know it has only been 3 days but still. he hasnt told me anything wether he has gotten it on not. and btw he lives state-side
Wait, id say, 2-4 weeks, then open a trial.
ok thx man for the fast response
Yeah man dw bout it, usually takes longer than 3 days anyways. I sent out to one of the most trusted traders on the forum 5 days ago and he still hasnt responded. Just sit back, relax, and wait for the guy to get it :)

Then again I get a little anxious when people don't keep a constant line of communication with me...
I'm In that same boat. I generally like to check with them at least every other day. Just to be sure whether they're sending. If they have everything. And when I can send out :/
That sounds annoying.
Like you're pestering people.
If they're a trusted trader, why try and bother them? Do you think that looks good on you?
I completely understand if it's a huge trade, but there's always the middle man service here at iMTG.
Everyone knows the post office is terrible sometimes. Within the US, it usually comes within a week. And outside the us obviously longer, unless you trade with Rasser. His package will come fast. Which is awesome.
Just a friendly piece of advice.
And as Noble brought up, if you are going to be worried, get a tracking number.
sadly i havent gotten a paycheck yet so i dont have the money to do a tracking number. but i will keep tha in mind next time.
i just looked for me its 2 dollars.
You don't have 2$?
How do you live? If you're struggling for whatever the cost, I would rather send you whatever it costs so you can rest assured and not nag me. That's just me. Please don't take this the wrong way. I've been scammed so I know how it is. I am a good trader, but the most annoying thing is someone PMing me every day with "have you sent yet?" Or "did you get my end?"
So annoying.
i honestly dont have that between xmas presents and mtg standard tournaments, once i get my first paycheck i will start setting some a side to be able to do tracking
im not pestering him. today was the first time i asked. im asking every 3 days. and i had put two zendicar forests along with the package just in case it comes late and also to make up for tracking and also i am a 16 year. i will be working with in the next week.

Sorry, but the argument doesn't really work.
Thirteen year old iMTG users use tracking.
Anyways, I am not trying to argue or anything. I'm simply stating that if they told you they shipped the cards, then wait. Lol. You can do whatever you want to, just remember.
ok. thanks man for the advice. i will use it for the rest of my IMTG career. i dont want to sound negative. all of the advice is really helpful
Tracking is actually only available as a certified letter when using a normal envelope. That's usually running $3.
It's 90 cents for packages
Most people here don't use tracking for each and every transaction as everyone is pretty honest. Read feedback for users and do your research before sending out cards you value.
If you traded anything over $25; you should use a moderator if both parties are new to mtg. Yes it's slow, but you have a trusted middle man for your transaction. No sweat there.
Also, I believe you said you sent it out the 26th? That was this week. It's holiday season and there is an abundance of mail compared to normal. Stuff will take longer to get to people this time of year.
Shipping through PayPal with tracking usually runs me 1.69. Its a pain in the rear to find, but saves a ton of money because I track nearly all trades I do. I find it by googling PayPal shipping.
