Seems just like mono blue devotion to me :)

Why no playset of maser of waves??? That thing is so good!!

I'm not sure if I'd play the full playset of rapid hybridization, and I would go up to 3-4 thassa.

Ah. Oops, was looking at the thassa's emissarys :)

If you can get a full set of masters they are amazing! So good, and with 2 out it will be very hard to lose :) not sure why you have hands of binding there, I would suggest something better like even {cloudfin raptor}

Might play tidebinders mainboard for the devotion.

If you want to leave the hands of binding in I'd cut some of the emissarys and krakens to mainboard some tidebinders.

You could take a look at the top 4 from pro tour theros for ideas, if you want.

keep bident in there, it's a good card. I'd also run {mutavault}s, theyre awesome and as a bonus get pumped by master of waves. But you should wait to get them, they just shot up to $30 for some reason (which is why i'm trading mine away for shocklands and a griselbrand as soon as i can :P )

Yeah mutavaults seem to be a 4 of in most tournament winning decks

Cyclonic rift > disperse. Strictly better upgrade
