Yesterday at a draft we drafter from 1 return to Ravnica, one dragons maze, and one M14.
My first pack (return to Ravnica) I pulled a {rakdos return} and a foil {necropolis regent}. I wanted to draft golgari do I passed the rakdos return. Then later in my M14 pack I pulled a {rings of three wishes}. I did pretty good in the draft got 4th using {ring of three wishes} to get {necropolis regent} was a victory move
{necropolis regent} I feel is much more playable card and it will fit in other decks I have
Lets put it this way ... I play lots and LOTS of standard and I have never heard of Necropolis Regent lol whereas Rakdos Return is in a bunch of solid decks there's a reason why it's more $$$ but hey to each their own plus Necropolis Regent seems fun and its still $3 so not bad plus I bet it looks sick in foil :P
