I want to make an aggroish deck for tonight, but don't have access to the expensive things or scry or shock lands. What do you recommend?
I'm thinking azorious flyers with some enchantments.

Seems good. Just remember every turn a deck like this doesnt win is a turn that it's losing.
Thats a phrase I use to get people thinking about the focus of their deck and viability of their options when building. Just reverse the order of the statement for more control and stall decks.

Sorry - I failed to RTFC.
Any tokens are good to bounce. I can't think (off the top of my head) what low power cards would be good to bounce.
Oh! Use the U -5/-0 enchantment to make a bomb weaker and bounce it?
Edit: and I failed to RTFC again - it's toughness based, not power based bouncing. Il stop posting so someone smart can help you.

I would imagine a low budget control could be insanely frustrating for opponents and if you pick your creatures right could seal the deal and make {Palisade Giant} be in top 8 at a PTq one day
