If I have a {Noble Hierarch} and a {Geist of Saint Traft} in play, will my {Geist of Saint Traft} gets +1/+1 from the exalted effect?
Yes, but the angel he creates doesn't.
You declare the Geist as the only attacking creature. Now exalted triggers on the Geist as attacking alone and the geist's ability triggers and they all get put on the stack in whatever order you wish.
I don't believe that the exalted triggers care when the angel token comes into play because it was never declared as an attacking creature, but if they do it's easily resolved by putting the angel token on the stack first.

Correct on all accounts +1.
To claify exalted does not have an "if" clause so it does not check attackers again when it resolves.
