Title: Artifact Abilities and Creature Abilities.

My doubt is, when a creature has, for example, target player sacrifices a creature, can I use its abililty during my opponents turn?
Also
Can I use my artifacts abilities during my opponents turn as well?

Yes.  Activated abilities are used at Instant speed unless stated otherwise.

116.1b (http://imtgapp.com/forum/index.php?action=imtg;area=rule;number=116.1b): A player may activate an activated ability any time he or she has priority.
