I used to have in acolytes but a four drop with four toughness doesn't avoid mizzium mortars board wipe and due to the four drop planeswalkers and all the other ramp by four mana id like to be dropping better creatures instead of just continually ramping.

As for domri I could always swap in [[pit fight]] as a sideboard option more budget option but with my garruk if be discarding a planeswalkers/instant out at the same rate. I have clan defiance sideboarded in at the moment which has a slightly better removal option.

+4 {domri rade}. For ultimate
+1 {garruk  caller of beasts}. For dig
+4 {worldspine wurm}. For garruk
-4 {reverent hunter}. He just isn't good enough for ramp
-2 rampager. Doesn't do enough in this deck
-4 {kalonian tusker} or {burning tree emmissary}. You don't need that much devotion.
+1 {voyaging satyr}. For nykthos.  It gets really ridiculous real fast
+3 {bow of nylea}. With nylea, that's just rude}
+1 {nylea! god of the hunt}. 6/6 for 4 and trample?  Yes please
-4 {arbor colossus}. Polukranos already takes care of the flyers.
-3 of bombs.  You already have plenty and garruk will get you to them.
+4 {karametra's acelote}. Nykthos without tapping lands, and blocks all day.

I'm too tired to write about all of these, but 2 things:

Domri - in my opinion you NEVER EVER play a planeswalker just becuase of the ultimate. {Nissa revane} for example. Fun ultimate? Yes, probably. Good walker? No, not really

World spine wurm - 4 copies of a 10 mana creature?? Doesn't seem so great to me.... I could maybe see 1-2 copies at MOST.

Also, think about {supreme verdict} and {mizzium mortars} and {lightning strike} when choosing sources of creature mana-maker things. Whatever you want to call them

i never said you shouldn't have creatures to ramp. i mean just don't rely fully on creatures for ramp.

huh, i thought you wanted to run karametra's acolyte, which i think isn't as good of a card because turn 3 is too late to be casting it. my opinion is that ramp creatures should generlly be 1-2 mana, unless they are really good/don't die to main pieces of removal.

Thanks everyone for the input!

I'll try to reply to all, domri blade over xenagos was my first intent but made a $ decision to save ~$40. I figured with world eater if I ever truly needed removal I could use pitfight. (Cheap decision I know! But haven't had a game where I regret it yet)

I have previously included in kara acolyte for further ramp but as mentioned I found by the time I have 4 I end up with an excessive ramp or nothing but ramp out on the table leaving me dead either way.

I have tried 1/2 wurms. But maybe 1 of 20 games has it been able to hard cast and never has it lined up well with garuk to -3 cast. My friends I play test with have mostly red deck wins,  white weenie aggro decks. Hence the kalonian Tuskers main board. I have only played at two standard tournaments placed top 4 happy with keeping them in I tended to sideboard them in all the time.

I find mizzium mortars to be the worst or supreme verdict, other board wipes against my devotion deck I have no real answers. Further reason to take out acolyte it'd still die to mortar.

As for adding more garuk I already cringed at forcing myself to buy 3. So far it has been running smoothly most games granted it is probably the next update id be willing to put money into.

The bows I no longer run as it is only useful when attacking doesn't help me get to the point I need to be faster and garuk toggles out all enchantments/planeswalkers/instants with his +1.

Hence the reason I enjoy the rampagers I mainly use them for blood rush and they have won me a handful of games and great paired with wasteland viper on a chunk blocker!

My biggest wish is to add more trample but I can't see where/how yet.

I have adjusted the deck a bit after my nythkos it seemed to unreliable to dump satyrs just to further the ramp.

I have replaced it with the  {Sylvan Caryatid} which allowed me to splash in red with more confidence.

I also added in mizzium into the sideboard I got lucky against most aggro decks last tournament but the games I lost I was just wiped with no answer it's a rough decision to block and trade knowing I need the devotion for next turns play.

A white/red aggro deck was very frustrating when I wouldn't draw a garruk.

It's hard to have an answer for every deck but thus far the local meta is more based on aggro two green on Tuskers has saved me plenty dropping reverants as big as 5-6 early dep on draws is great.

I am not sure whAt to change yet. The rev hunters is my only so so options but it hasn't been a big issue yet.

The wurm isn't that reliable in my opinion to justify dropping it in sure I could hard cast it but by the time i can hard cast it id have a full board anyhow ideally.

I added in another nylea and 4 rampagers for the blood rush as trample has one most my games.

I know it's all personal preference/local meta that decides a deck.

It's hard to decide what to take out to run say the wurms/acolytes. As I took out most hydras except for mist I don't need the super devotion I have almost geared it to midrange/aggro.

Work in {Stormbrearh Dragon}? Seems pretty solid.

Maybe as a SB card instead of the fourth tusker?
