Accused is that_guy.
Accusation: bullying and harassment.
Evidence: hacking my threads and continually putting negative comments when not called for.
Really dude?... Really?
Which threads did this occur on? Maybe you can post quotes here as evidence

somebody is chucking a bit of a tantrum.
On a side note my name jack, the thread jacker, you will not see me coming until i strike and even then it will be too late. Consider this thread... Jacked
Well, iMtG law states "Do not treat others as they would not want to be treated." So, if accusations of harassment are true, the accused are indeed breaking the law. But, from what I read in the thread, I'm not sure I would consider any of it to be harassment.
They continue to message on my threads after I ask for people to stay on topic. And they both said they will hack my threads. That is harassment if I am targeted.
I was present for both topics and they were both(from my pov) joking. They should have stopped when asked, but from what I've read, you didn't say anything to that point. You just said stay on topic. If I am mistaken, I apologize.

You also went off topic too. I do not post threads for jokes to be made on them. I post threads usually to trade.. That is why I am here.
While the trade section is indeed for trading and i can imagine people straying from the topic is annoying, there is also a Ban button that will hide posts from the users. My suggestion is to use it on the accused.
My two cents: I don't speak out much, as reading these are far more entertaining. However, I have seen Taysby on several other occasions troll about the place with his/her condacending attitude. Before I just thought it fun and games, but from how I've noticed him speak to IBtrickey, does not look like fun and games.
Also, harassment is interpreted by the harassed. If he feels someone is bullying him, he probably is being bullied. There's no "he was joking around". That does not fly.
Calm down. The interwebs is full of jokes. Relax. Where is your Christmas joy

Thank you for the comment, one I appreciate:)

If I ban them can't they still post on my threads to where others can see?

Yes.
I believe that is correct but I could be wrong, I've never banned anyone...
So me banning the two of them from my threads does not solve the problem
And taysby even said they are and will harass me. That is proof

I apologize. I didn't know that upset you so much. Next time just shoot me a pm or something.

Let's take this as a reminder for all users. Please follow the structure of logical and real life report structures wherever possible. Before going straight to the authority, attempt private contact yourself.
Like in a workplace, pull a co-worker aside privately, let them know you do not appreciate their behaviour, remind them again if they ignore your request and if trouble persists, THEN go to authority.
And thank you for apologising publicly Taysby (just don't antagonise as default, or you'll get coal tomorrow).

And last point, according to the imtg law, no victim, no crime. There was no victim yet for that "crime" (that I wasn't even going to commit) so the imtg law can't do anything to me for the things I "said I would do".
Aright, just chill bro. You made your point earlier and gained the upper hand. Don't lose it by taking the aggressor. 👍

I think Ibtrickey and I were both victims, as we were seriously ticked off ;)
Quote from: Taysby on December 23, 2013, 04:41:05 PMI guess that's something I need to work on, if I feel like I'm in defense mode, I just keep going and going. Or in attack mode I guess. Nobody's perfect. :)
Just don't go Super Sayan 😜 Haha, acknowledgement is the first step. 👍
Haha really? Wow thats sad.. somebody really needs to man up.
C'mon man, be nice. He's obviously upset about it, and if you had some decency you'd stop before it got out of hand.
That's not to say I agree with a trial being set up over the issue, but I don't think you're right for saying he needs to "man up".
It's antagonistic remarks like that that make more problems around the corner. If you have snide comments about someone, say it out loud, in your head, to a friend, whatever. Just not on here. Arguments and flame wars are not what the community here want.
Because I always have things I can say but I do not

There is no reason for this. Ib sees this as a real problem to him. If he feels that way, than it is a problem. Ridiculing him for being open about something that has been getting to him is counterproductive. It'd be different if you had a real argument here. Let's try to keep things on task here, ok? Comments like this just cause more problems than they solve.
It seems most people are easily offended, especially tricky.

Regardless if they are offended easily, moderately or not at all, if they ask you to stop
or even to just keep on topic on their own thread, then do so. Period.
I just do not want rude comments or so called "jokes" in my threads. Simple

Am I clear of getting prosecuted? Are you proceeding with this trial? I would kinda like to know what's happening.
Yes I will remove you from the trial but please at least put that jokes are meant as jokes.. I am kind of a serious person and do not take jokes due to being bullied and made fun of so much.
Plus I hate the whole ginger thing.
I'm really sorry to hear you are getting bullied.
Oh shoot i'm a redhead too! I know all your feelz

Not sure your age or work experience, but using this reply in a work environment would be grounds for immediate dismissal. I'm 100% sure that no one had any intentions of actually hurting feelings, but it is the impact that matters and not the intent. Frankly, manning up and sometimes realizing people are simply .loving. around IS the case, but like I said, it's the impact that matters. (This is the "real world law" that is drilled into us at my company yearly to avoid harassment lawsuit which trust me, do happen a lot). I say learn this life lesson now instead of losing your job at some point. Just my .02
Crap, sorry, I didn't actually finish this thread to realize it was about 4 days old and had settled down, my bad. Hopefully not stirring the poo pot.
