Title: Ixidron and Flickerform
Post by: Mattao19 on December 23, 2013, 12:00:47 AM
I'm playing EDH and I have my commander {Uril, the Miststalker} out with {Flicker Form} then my friend plays {Ixidron} (I'm tapped out) so:
1. Does my Flicker Form get destroyed?
2. If it stays on my next turn I untap and pay 4 to flicker the 2/2 out does it come back as Uril? Or come back faced own?

3. Also another scenario what happens if I play the flicker form AFTER he plays his Ixidron? Does that change anything?

1) Your {Flickerform} will stay. Turning it face down essentially just changes the characteristics of the permanent.

707.2a (http://imtgapp.com/forum/index.php?action=imtg;area=rule;number=707.2a): If a face-up permanent is turned face down by a spell or ability, it becomes a 2/2 face-down creature with no text, no name, no subtypes, and no mana cost. These values are the copiable values of that object's characteristics.

2) He will come back as normal. The zone change will make him come back as if he were just cast.

3) I can't see a scenario where this would change things, unless you have one in mind?

Awesome and for the last question it was just in case it did change anything. Thanks Keyoto!
