Title: Azor's elocuters

 {Azor's Elocutors} + 4 {clockspinning} + 4 {safe passage} AND / OR elocutors + {mask of Avacyn} (any creature has hexproof spell will work) + {witchbane orb}

Play something like {fog bank} early and {Unsummon} / {voyage's end} to keep creatures off you at start of the game.

Turn 3/4 ish play things like {silver Myr} for added mana to equip mask or play other spells

Be sure to give elocutors hexproof so he can't be instantly killed
And orb is for you to prevent damage / being forced to sac elocutors

If we're looking at proliferate, {inexorable tide}. You could also splash green for {vorel of the hull clade}
