Nice card but can get expensive if you keep flickering him.
You don't buy Xmas promos. They're given out as a present to all wotc staff and some vendors.
I've seen a couple for trade over the years from different websites though
Yeah I've only seen the {Naughty // Nice} promo irl, they're usually pricey. Check ebay I guess?
I don't really like Stocking Tiger. It's not as creative as I'm used to seeing.

My lgs has an {Evil Presents} if you wanna drive all the way over here :P. They used to have several of the old ones. They're pretty neat.
