Title: Lord o.t. Rings Block
Post by: darkarts981 on March 21, 2012, 03:56:55 PM
So, I was watching The Lord of the Rings the other day, and decided that it should be made into a three expansion block, one set for each book. What does everyone else think of that? Would that be as awesome as I think it would be?

A "block" is 2 or 3 expansions that take place on a particular plane, as part of the storyline. For example, Innistrad, Dark Ascension, and Avacyn Restored take place on the Innistrad plane. Scars of Mirrodin, Mirrodin Besieged, and New Phyrexia take place on the plane of Mirrodin. Each block has its own particular theme. For Innistrad, it's humans fighting to survive against werewolves and zombies, aided by angels, etc. for Mirrodin, it was centered around artifact creatures trying to stop the Phyrexians from plaguing their home land.

Furry Feet. (1)

Enchantment

Enchant creature
When ever enchanted creature becomes targeted pay (1) if you do, enchanted creature becomes invisible until end of turn
Put a 1/1 eyeball into the battle field under your opponents control.
"The Eye of Sauron now turns to Gondor, the last free kingdom of men. His war on this country will come swiftly. He senses the Ring is close."

Or maybe it would be something more like {fog}, or {oblivion ring} (even those are nowhere close to each other)

I was thinking:
Instant. W/W/1

{YOU SHALL NOT PASS!!!} can only be played when a player blocks. Destroy target attacking and defending creature. If the defending creature is a Wizard it gains undying until end of turn.

There's actually two different ones! On the first page, it has two "!" on the second page it has three "!". And apparently that makes a difference...
