This is Travis Woo's new deck just thought I would share with everyone.

I wanna make this deck sooo bad but I don't have 100 dollars to spend on remands, cryptic commands, and Snapcaster mages

yeah I know the feeling I was all bummed out cos I really wanted to build this and didn't have the money at this time of year but the wife asked me what I wanted for Christmas and I told her this deck so she got it for me.

So this is why {disrupting shoal} jumped in price!

I've watched Travis and LSV play this deck and its suprisingly good. {Serum Visions} helps fix draws but {Delver of Secrets} doesn't have to flip 100% of the time to win. (It helps of course ;) )
