I'd rather not run lands that have to come in tapped because I'd like to turn 1 thoughtseize.
Plus i don't need any more white sources as white is there only for blood baron. 6 lands and the caryatids are enough

In my humble opinion I think Gome is right on this call. While you don't turn 1 {thoughtseize} as you would like to, the ability to scry in any portion of the game ,just about, is kinda important. Can help you cycle through your deck to get to your out etc. seeing as though you don't really have draw power in here maybe it would be a good idea. While you do have reaper, he won't show up until his turn and another creature has to die. Do as you please with the deck please. I would go with it for the scry and insurance of colors.

^^ this!! There's no questioning the power of scry. You can still turn one thought seize with any shock land.  Additionally, the Garruks seem out of place to me. I don't think there are enough creatures for it to impact the game. I think that a {kalonian hydra} may be better as a finisher here, or a mix of a {primeval bounty} and {read the bones}. At least on paper that looks good, IMO

Unless you are looking to seize a 1 drop doing it on turn one is not the best idea. If you wait until turn 2 your opponent will have an additional option for you to seize unless, like I said, you REALLY want to seize a 1 drop.
