I know there's a ton of singles, but like I said, completely a skeleton.

For now it's what I have. What should I take out, and what should I replace it with?

If you have the money for schocklands, play a playset of {sacred foundry}s and 2-4 {temples of triumph}, then split the rest of the basics between plains/mountain depending on your cards. Oh, and mutavaults are good too.

Personally I don't like Heliod as much in aggressive decks, but that's just me. I'd play 4 {lightning strike} cutting spark jolt, chromatic lantern, and the 2 copies of blessing.

Maybe also 2 more magma jets cutting the cluestone and the other spark jolt.

+3 boros charm cutting martial law, electrickery, and tablet of the guilds.

Just some of my suggestions on what I would do if I had the money to buy shocks and other things (I couldn't even build the deck I'm suggesting you should build :) )

Assuming you have the cash for it, {Archangel of Thune} and {Fiendslayer Paladin} make a great combo. My idea of Boros is all white creatures, {Brave the Elements} and splash red for {Boros Charm} and burn spells. Maybe Chandra to keep opposing creatures from chumping my stuff.
