I'm not sure. If this. Already exists in this app- I just downloaded it (and love it so far). But if it doesn't already exist, there should be a way to play against others using the decks we build in the app.

That's a bit iffy. You could get away with it, but a copyright does cover "derivative works" so I would tread carefully. Although, I am sure you know more about this than I do. I don't really know much about copyright laws and if the protections given to copyrights in the US are guaranteed in other nations.
