What is the exact ruling on that?
Do you die when someone forces you to draw a card or do you ONLY die when it is the beginning card draw of the turn?
You lose whenever you need to draw a card but have no more library.
104.3c If a player is required to draw more cards than are left in his or her library, he or she draws the remaining cards, and then loses the game the next time a player would receive priority. (This is a state-based action. See rule 704.)
Unless you have an effect out that states you can't lose the game, such as {Platinum Angel}
{Lich's Mirror}!

Have {Prophet of Kruphix} out first and just be like. "I HATE MILL DECKS!" And right before you lose flash in the maniac.

That would disheartening for your opponent. But funny though
