Built around the idea of using Murder Investigation to make creatures to sac to Undercity Informer. Untested and probably not viable. Gonna play it with friends to see if it's at all effective.

I would try and toss in crypt ghast so you can have more mana to quickly dump to the informer.

It's not the mana I'm worried about so much as having enough creatures to sacrifice to finish the mill.
