Just an idea I've been rolling around with. Thoughts? Ideas? Sideboard suggestions? The idea is to get Master of Waves out, Mimic him, then populate tokens and elementals like crazy nuts.

I like the Mutavault idea, but I can't afford those at the moment. I went with the cards I have in hand.

Currently you have like <10 cards that gave devotion to blue so I recommend that you admire devotion for MoW
-{Renegade Krasis} & {Growing Ranks} + {Master Biomancer} & { Vorel of the Hull Clade} Biomancer will make all your elemental tokens 4/3's that don't die if they take out your {Master of Waves} & Vorel can double counters.

The idea is to copy the MoW, then populate it once or twice every upkeep. Each one adding more and more devotion.
Drop the krasis for 4x {Master Biomancer} and the 4 {growing ranks} for 4 {prophet of Kruphix}
The populate is nice but it's too slow to be effective in the current meta. I tried something similar. You're better off playing progenitor mimics and clones instead.
