One of my personal pet peeves is {Terastodon}, especially against reanimator. He's an elephant gun in every sense of the word, and I am NEVER happy to see him.

Pretty much any blue card in EDH. I freaking hate blue.
I love doing that. I like to spin it before I cast tunnel vision to make it sound like I'm about to help the player who just got a card tucked to the bottom.
"Wow, Nick put your commander on the bottom of your deck, huh? What a jerk. Tell you what, if you attack him this turn as retribution, I can do something that will gaurantee you will get your commander back the following turn. Deal?"
Edit: you should note that while I highly recommend you try doing this, it usually only works on a person once lol
