Not an ifinite combo. This is just good synergy:

{Dream Halls} + {Yawgmoth's Will}

Exile useless stuff in your hand to cast things from the past. Hmm, I don't need this {Personal Tutor}. Oh look a {Time Warp} in my graveyard. Yes please. Hey look a {Windfall}. Time to refill my hand.

I used this combo in a {Damia, Sage of Stone} EDH deck that I built online to win the game by playing things from my graveyard for free, like old tutors and extra turn effects, while refilling my hand through free draw spells and {Wheel of Fortune} effects.
