4 {Swamp}
8 {Forest}
4 {Overgrown Tomb}
4 {Woodland Cemetery}

I would have the green black fast lands, and the one tap get two mana land as. 4 ofs here

4 {Stinkweed Imp}
2 {Lord of Extinction}
4 {Ghoultree}
2 {Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord}
4 {Lotleth Troll}
4 {Boneyard Wurm}
4 {Slitherhead}
4 {Splinterfright}

I would have 2 more {lord of extinction}s because he's amazing in this deck type.  I'm hesitant about jarad, but I haven't played this deck so I won't advise there.  I'd replace {slither head} with {deathrite shaman}.  He's much better.  Rigging now, who cares about one +1+1 counter?  Your stuff is already huge,  seriously, a gy deck with no {tarmogoyf}s?  You need 4

2 {Life from the Loam}
2 {Commune with the Gods}
4 {Mulch}
4 {Grisly Salvage}

I would cut the commune for 2 {molder vine cloak}.  It makes your stuff big, and dredges.  You might also want to consider {bridge from below}.

4 {Putrefy}
2 {Pithing Needle}
2 {Wreath of Geists}
2 {Garruk Relentless}
2 {Lhurgoyf}

In the sb you need 4 {hero's downfall} to take care of pesky planeswalkers}.  {grafdigger's cage} would take care of pod.
This is a pretty awesome breakdown, so thank you :) I have jarad in the deck because he deal serious damage if I encounter a bunch of chump blockers and can't seem to get damage through. As for the tarmagoys, I'll probably have to proxy them, like many people, because they are incredibly expensive. I don't understand bridge from below, so if you could explain why it's so good I would really appreciate it. +1 for awesome suggestions man :))

Bridge from below is just dump creatures in your gy (dredge, discard), and get zambeh tokens.

But it says from the battlefield, so how does it help unless you are sacing creatures?

Just out of curiosity, have you considered {{Vengevine}}?
I didn't even know that card existed, but now it's one of my favorites :))
