Making a new deck what are some good cards for a izzet control deck?

{Counterflux}, {Spellheart Chimera}, {Dissolve}, {Divination}, {Mizzium Mortars}, {Cyclonic Rift}, maybe a {Steam Augury} or two, {Quicken}, and that's all off the top of my head right now.

If you're not looking to build a standard legal deck, then may I recommend {Electrolyze}, {Prophetic Bolt}, or {Epic Experiment} for flavor's sake? Also {Swerve}, a personal favorite with random, surprising utility.
