If you want this to be competitive you'll need to add in some more disruption. Your gameplan is slower than most deck's and if you want to last until later then you'll need to slow them down. I'd suggest more removal, {Dash Hopes} is always good and I'd change the sideboard. You're going to want your sideboard to be spells that will .poo. down certain decks that you know are faster and more dangerous than you{Torpor Orb} shuts down Pod, Living End, and Twin. All of which are a threat to you. {Surgical Extraction} can help you here. {Tragic Slip} would also be very beneficial since there will be a lot of creatures dying. It'll sure help against Tron. I would also up the hexmage in the sideboard to four. A big part of Tron's plan is getting Karn to win. Hexmage will put an end to that and allow you more time and possibly the win.
