Title: Karona
Post by: Mattao19 on November 29, 2013, 03:46:43 AM
{Karona, False God}

Idk you guys it's like she's not the same God I fell in live with before today it was just us and we had a blast together. But today I played her in 5-player EDH and she was just passed around the table and getting tapped by everyone. It's like she forgot about me. Sure eventually she came home, but that's after she was tapped harder than a nail!

Idk if I should continue with her. It's all fun and games but she just leaves me every turn. It's just too much to bear!!

I would say its not really a good card for edh, it's more of a constructed card that would act as a late game finisher.

I know the feel bro. Sometimes you just have to let her go and move on if she's just not that into you. It's better to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all. HA!

FYI, she is not a god. She's a "false" God.

She is made of Phage, Jeska and that angel that I cannot remember the name.

That's her.

All the products of Ixidor. If anyone should be a planeswalker, it should have been him.

Edit: I said it was phage and Jeska. Lol they're the same person. Just phage and Akroma.

But still the spark that jeska carried, it is what kept her personality separate and allowed her to survive and ascend.

Way different story line.

This was in the Oddysy block. No spark was mentioned in Jeska.

I use {Cromat} for a reason ;) You can't depend on Karona. Cromat is loyal - and adorable!

Karona came about in Onslaught block. Phage/Jeska, Akroma, and there was a third woman involved. Jeska had her spark activate after Karona diffused back to the three people and Jeska stopped being Phage

But she's in the Oddysy block. She's Kamahl's sister.

Yes she is. Onslaught block is a direct continuation of the Odyssey block... You could almost call it a super-block.
