I'm afraid not. They are only soulbound as long as you control both of them. You cannot "bind" an opponent's creature:

702.94a (http://imtgapp.com/forum/index.php?action=imtg;area=rule;number=702.94a): Soulbond is a keyword that represents two triggered abilities. "Soulbond" means "When this creature enters the battlefield, if you control both this creature and another creature and both are unpaired, you may pair this creature with another unpaired creature you control for as long as both remain creatures on the battlefield under your control" and "Whenever another creature enters the battlefield under your control, if you control both that creature and this one and both are unpaired, you may pair that creature with this creature for as long as both remain creatures on the battlefield under your control."

As stated in the above ruling, you have to control both creatures.

Sorry to derail this but how do you remove the soul bond? Can you just say they are not bonded or do you have remove one from the field

Remove one from the field. Flicker it, Unsummon it, destroy it, it has to peel off the other one somehow.

Or if one of the creatures switched controllers...

The only way to stop soulbond is for one of the creatures to leave your control.

"As long as you control both" is written right in the soul bond text. As soon as one is not controlled by you anymore, no matter how briefly, it's cut. Over. Done. Skidoodled. Gone. No more. Kaput.
